Espanol Es Para Todos was created with the vision to promote a diverse environment in which the love for languages and culture is embraced.
Learning experiences are facilitated by Edna Sokoll. She was born and raised in Mexico. Soon after graduating from undergrad, Edna met an American young man living in her native city. They fell in love. After a couple years of marriage, they moved to reside in the USA and found themselves blessed to become parents. When the twins arrived they embarked on a life journey of helping their children develop a love for languages and cultures. The initial idea of "Espanol Es Para Todos" came to be after searching for multicultural environments needed for their children.
When you join a learning experience at "Espanol Es Para Todos" you will see many smiles, hear lots of laughter, engage in great interactions, acquire new ways to communicate, and make a bunch of friends.
Every meeting we sing songs, read stories, learn new words, play games, and make crafts.
What moms are saying:
My 3yr old twins and I have been coming since Edna started offering classes early this year. We have enjoyed them and have learned a lot. I love how each class has a theme with story, songs, and craft/game all tied together. So very creative! We definitely recommend this class if you are thinking of learning a second (or 3rd) language w/your child.
Kids have been practicing their spanish a lot! Ha ha. "Buenos Dias" and "Buenas Noches" especially. My daughter has a doll that closes her eyes when she lies down and she was teaching her! So funny!
My daughter asked me how to say good morning like 20 times :-) in Spanish. And she asked me "what is eye in Spanish?" last night. I said we have to ask the teacher at the next class. Then she asked "Spanish class tomorrow?"
My son said after Spanish class: "this truck sure is awesome. I love la playa class."
Oh my goodness we had a great time. Today we practiced Buenos Dias and Un Beso, etc...Thank you!!!!
We really enjoy the class! Thank you! You do a wonderful job.
Very fun! Moves fast, which is great keeping their attention. Lots of fun reinforcement of vocabulary. Great class!
We love this class! My son looks forward to Spanish class and is so proud of his Spanish "art". It is a great opportunity to meet other moms and interact and have fun with your child.
Great introduction to Spanish for both children & parents.
I mentioned to my son this morning that it was Spanish class day. He asked me: With music? I said to him: Yes. He replied: "I like Spanish class."
Mrs. Edna Spanish classes are very interactive and fun for the children.
